Service Modifications

If you need to modify or cancel a scheduled photography session, please contact us as soon as possible. Modifications may be subject to availability and timing constraints.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled session may be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Print Returns

Physical prints are custom-produced items and generally cannot be returned. However, if you receive a print that does not meet the agreed specifications or is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately to discuss resolution options.

Digital Files

Digital scans and files are provided as part of our service and are not eligible for return. If you experience technical issues with digital files, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue.

Refund Process

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed using the same method as the original payment. Processing times may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.
